YTA is a registered provider of Para-Transit services with the Pennsylvania Public Utilities Commission and the U.S Department of Transportation

All YTA staff receive initial and annual training in the following areas:

Licensing 

YTA is registered with the US Department of Transportation and licensed and insured to provide paratransit, limousine, and non-emergency medical transportation services throughout the United States.

Staff

All YTA Transportation Specialists receive safety and security clearances which include driving history reports, child abuse clearance, criminal background check, pre-employment, and random drug screening.  Staff also are trained safe driving practices, CPR/First Aid, emergency procedures, child abuse, fire safety, crisis intervention, restrictive procedures, behavior management, mental health, and confidentiality.

Vehicles

YTA equips its vehicles with audio and video equipment to record each transport. Video is reviewed on a regular basis to ensure compliance with company policy, regulatory requirements, and high-quality services.  GPS units are also utilized to track vehicle locations, speed, and compliance with established travel plans and arrangements.
